Helsingin kendoseura KKTI Ry järjestää kendon syysleirin 30.10. – 01.11.2026 Herttoniemenrannan Liikuntahallissa, Peter Wetterin tie 5, 00810 Helsinki.
Leiri on tarkoitettu kaikille kendokoille tasosta riippumatta. Minimivaatimuksena kuitenkin suoritettu 6.kyu. 

Tavoitteena on tarjota kaikille sopivia harjoitteita ja haasteita oman kendon kehityksen tukemiseksi.

*Halloweeks – Puotilan Kartano:

Syysleirille osallistuvat juniorit pääsevät leiripäivän päätteeksi halutessaan ns. jännän äärelle! Puotilan kartanossa järjestetään Halloween-tapahtuma; Halloweeks. Kaikki leirille ilmoittautuneet halukkaat juniorit voivat ilmoittautua mukaan oheisesta linkistä.

Huomioi, että ryhmä liikkuu julkisilla (metro) liikennevälineillä ja osallistujan tulee hankkia tarvittava matkalippu joko asemalta tai appista.

17:00 Harjoitukset päättyvät, varusteet voi jättää osoitettuun pukuhuoneeseen

17:30 Siirtyminen omakustanteiseen ruokailuun, paikka sovitaan myöhemmin

18:45 Saapuminen Puotilan kartanoon

19:00 Tulishow ja tutustumista puiston tunnelmaan

20:30 Tilaisuus päättyy, lapset voi noutaa tapahtuman sisäänkäynniltä

Leirimaksun voi maksaa SuomiSportin kautta ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä, tai Edenred, ePassi ja Easybreak liikuntaeduilla erikseen. Liikuntaetua käytettäessä pyydämme ilmoittautumista erillisen linkin kautta. Maksu suoritetaan liikuntaedun tarjoajan portaalissa ja kuitti maksusta toimitetaan sähköpostitse osoitteeseen: taloudenhoitaja@kkti.fi.

Peruutukset

Ilmoittautumista ei voi enää perua SuomiSportin kautta. Mikäli joudut peruuttamaan osallistumisesti, tee se 23.10.2026 mennessä lähettämällä viesti sähköpostiosoitteeseen kendo@kkti.fi. Tähän mennessä tehdyistä peruutuksista palautetaan summa kokonaisuudessaan.

Tänä vuonna ei ole tarjolla erillistä dojo-majoitusta!

Juniorit

Juniori-harjoittelijat on pyritty ottamaan leirillä erityisesti huomioon. Leirillä ovat mukana KKTIn junioriohjaajat Heini ja Akseli Korhonen. 

Harjoituksissa kuin niiden ulkopuolella huolehditaan junioreista, sekä varmistetaan että heillä on kaikki kunnossa koko leirin ajan.
Mikäli teillä on jotain erityishuomioita koskien leirille osallistumista, niin olkaa yhteydessä etukäteen.

Graduoinnit

Leirin päätteeksi sunnuntaina järjestetään kendon kyu- ja dan-graduoinnit.

Ilmoittaudu mukaan graduointiin Suomisportin kautta viimeistään sunnuntaina 25.10.2026:

• Ilmoittautuminen kyu-graduointiin 6.kyu – 1.kyu

• Ilmoittautuminen dan-graduointiin 1.dan – 5.dan

Onnistuneen dan-graduoinnin jälkeen kokelaat maksavat rekisteröintimaksun, joka pitää olla suoritettuna ennen kuin kokelaalle luovutetaan graduointidiplomi.

• Rekisteröintimaksu tulee ensisijaisesti suorittaa Suomisportissa.

Graduointilisenssikoulutus

Kendon kyu-graduointilisenssikoulutusta uudistetaan ja valitettavasti koulutusuudistus ei valmistu Syysleirille. Täten seuraava graduointilisenssikoulutus järjestetään Liiton Kevätleirin yhteydessä.

Welcome to Helsinki Autumn Kendo Camp 2026!

Helsinki Kendo Club KKTI Ry organizes kendo autumn camp 30.10. – 01.11.2026 at Herttoniemenranta Sports Hall, Peter Wetterin tie 5, 00810 Helsinki.
The camp is for all kendokas, regardless of level. Minimum requirement 6. kyu.
The goal is to offer suitable exercises and challenges for everyone to support the development of their own kendo.

The hall is in camp use all weekend, so it is possible to leave equipment at the gym. Storage locations will be announced at the camp.

*Vintage sauna & pool: Hitsaajankatu 14 (Etola house, 300m from the training site)
Own beverages and snacks allowed. Bring a towel and swimsuits.
Participants limited to 50 persons. 

*Halloweeks – Puotila Manor

Juniors participating in the autumn camp can, if they want, take part in something thrilling at the end of the camp day!  A Halloween event, Halloweeks, will be held at Puotila Manor. All juniors registered for the camp who are interested can sign up via the link provided.

The club will sponsor entry for the campers and obtain the tickets in advance as a group order. If a parent wants to attend the event, we ask that you get your own ticket at: Menokone

Note that the group will be using public (metro) transportation, and participants need to get the necessary ticket either at the station or via the app.

Evening program October 31st, 2026:  

5:00 PM - Practices end; gear can be left in the designated changing room  

5:30 PM - Move to self-paid meal, venue to be confirmed later  

6:45 PM - Arrival at Puotila Manor  

7:00 PM - Fire show and exploring the park atmosphere  

8:30 PM - Event ends; children can be picked up at the event entrance  

Registration for participation in the event by October 23, 2026, at the latest.

Payments

With bogu over 16 years old
90 € whole camp
60 € for one day
Juniors under 16 years old and kendoka without bogu
60 € whole camp
40 € for one day

The camp fee can be paid by FKA members through SuomiSport when registering, or domestic participants can pay with Edenred, ePassi and Easybreak sports benefits separately. When using the sports benefit, we ask you to register via a separate link 2. The payment is made on the sports benefit provider's portal and a receipt of the payment is sent by e-mail to: taloudenhoitaja@kkti.fi.

Participants from abroad are asked to register to camp through the option number 2. Payment should be made to KKTI Ry bank account according to instructions given therein.

Registration for the camp

Thank you to all registered participants. The camp is full. You may inquire for vacancies if a spot opens up from cancellations at kendo@kkti.fi.

Cancellations

Registration can no longer be cancelled via SuomiSport. If you need to cancel your participation, please do so by 23.10.2026 by sending a message to kendo@kkti.fi. Cancellations made so far will be refunded in full.

This year we are not providing dojo accommodation.

There are plenty of affordable accommodation options available in Helsinki.

Juniors

Special attention has been paid to junior kendoka at the camp.  KKTI’s own teachers for juniors are participating in the camp, ie Heini and Akseli Korhonen.

Both in and out of training juniors will be taken care of and made sure they have everything in order throughout the camp.

Gradings

At the end of the seminar on Sunday there will be Kyu and Dan gradings in kendo.

Members of the Finnish Kendo Association complete their registration and payments for gradings in Suomisport by 25th of September:

• Registration to kyu gradings: 6th Kyu – 1st Kyu

• Registration to dan gradings: 1st Dan – 5th Dan

After a successful Dan grading, candidates are required to pay a registration fee, which must be settled before the candidate is awarded the grading diploma. 

• The registration payment needs to be made in Suomisport.

International kendoka

Please register to the Dan grading through your own national federation.

The following application fee must be paid to the Finnish Kendo Association representative by cash or card at the seminar before grading:

Application fee per Dan applied:

• 1st Dan: €15.00

• 2nd Dan: €20.00

• 3rd Dan: €30.00

• 4th Dan: €50.00

• 5th Dan: €70.00

Grading License Training

Grading license training in Kendo is being renewed and it will unfortunately not be finished before the Autumn Camp. Therefore, next kyu grading license training in Kendo will be held at the FKA Spring seminar.
